I started the Small Business Mentorship Program after seeing my friends and family struggle with their businesses. With so many questions coming my way, I realized I could offer some valuable help.

Behind the scenes, I've been partnering with small businesses gaining firsthand insight into their challenges and learning how to support them. As a consultant and solopreneur myself, I've experienced these challenges firsthand, which allows me to directly relate and better connect with my clients.
The main thing I've learned? Small business owners have to juggle a lot of different roles. What began as a hobby or passion has turned into a full-blown business, with owners handling everything from operations to sales to finances.

The program consists of three phases that help address your challenges and business goals. We will align on timing and touchpoints and complete exercises in each phase together. The most important part of the program is ensuring that you have learned how to develop a strategic plan and gain the confidence to continue growing your business by implementing the learnings.
